Shipments and returns

All products ordered from our website are shipped by Royal Mail. Oh! So Sinful does not profit from delivery. Shipping cost is based on the actual size and weight of your package, not per item ensuring you of the optimum shipping cost. The shipping cost will include a small charge (currently 60p) towards the cost of handling and packaging but the shipping itself is at cost. You can be assured of the most cost efficient service provided by Royal Mail. You can check the prices HERE.

Delivery time is next day for 1st Class services and 2 to 3 days for 2nd Class. All options for your purchase are presented in the Shopping Cart so you will know exactly what the cost is, even without registering.  

Your shipment

The quoted delivery times are from the time of posting. We dispatch shipments 3-times/week so please add a further 2 days from your cleared payment date. Packaging will be amply sized and your items will be well protected. Once your package has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email. In your My Account area of our website you will find a copy of your invoice.

Returns

Your product will be carefully checked prior to dispatch and should reach you in perfect condition. Please ensure you check your delivery before signing for it. Should you discover any significant damage on the outer package of your product please make sure it is noted by the delivery driver 'before' signing for it. For deliveries not signed for please take a picture of the damaged package before opening. In the unlikely event of your product being damaged please contact us via the 'Contact Us' form on our website explaining what the issue is and attach the photo showing the damage. We will discuss this with you and agree what steps will be taken to rectify the situation. It is highly unlikely that a product will arrive damaged. Confectionery is quite robust.

If the product needs to be returned we will issue you with a returns authorization number which is required in order to return the product. Without this authorization number your returned product may not be accepted by our Goods Inward department and may be returned to the sender. Any returned product must include the original packaging.

Any costs, shipping or otherwise, associated with the return of any product is paid by the customer, no exceptions.
